Elder Copeland Arrives Home - June 2, 2023

After serving two years in Guatemala serving the Lord, Elder Copeland arrived in the Salt Lake City Airport.  He was greeted by his family and friends who certainly showed him how much they loved him and were excited for his return.  His grandparents Copeland were still in Europe, so they couldn't be there.

He next flew to his home airport in Tri-Cities, Washington, where he again was greeted by many friends and family.

His grandparents Copeland still hadn't seen Elder Copeland yet, but Ethan (as he was now released, and his grandparents returned on June 6th) made sure there was an airport greeting and totally surprised them when they returned to the Tri-Cities Airport.  What a happy reunion that was!

So many beautiful homecomings!  So much gratitude for his health and safety as well as all his hard work during these last two years.  His testimony in his last email was so beautiful:

"I love this gospel, these people, and the mission.  I wouldn't trade it for anything.  I hope that when I'm home, I can continue to be an example and disciple of Jesus Chrit in all that I do.  The things I've learned these past two years, I'm going to use for the rest of my life."

Well done, Elder Copeland
