Homecoming Address - June 18, 2023

 TODAY was not only Fathers' Day but, also, the day Ethan reported his two-year mission to the Guatemala Quetzaltenango Spanish Speaking Mission in Sacrament Meeting.  His testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel and his LOVE of the Savior was truly evident as he told of his experiences with these humble people, who he learned to LOVE so much.  He bore his testimony at the end in English, Spanish, and Kiche, the dialect used by many of the people who live in the hill country where he served much of his time.

A young man from Guatemala who was at church and listened to Ethan speak.  They became instant friends.

An open house was held afterwards in his parents' home where many family, friends, and church members attended.  

Ethan's special friend, Ella Hammond, two years ago at his open house when he left and at his open house today as he returned.
